BAP Market Strategy

UPDATE: The BAP Market was closed on January 31, 2020.

The BAP Market was launched November 8, 2019, and it is changing a lot of things.

First, it allows members to buy BAP for a lower price from members. In turn, other members are converting their BAP to cash faster but with a loss.

When you buy a bulk ad for $1, you get 2,360 BAP. That means the price per BAP is $0.00042.

As of this writing, you can buy at the price of $0.0002 per BAP or even lower. That means you are getting more than 40% discount.

Of course, you are giving up the advertising benefits you get from buying a bulk ad.

Some of the reasons other members may want to sell their BAP for a loss is:
1. They won it from games.
2. They bought it for a lower price at some point in time.
3. They need the money more or they see better use of the money and they are not willing to wait for ads.

This is a perfect opportunity for those who wants to build up their BAP, especially new members.

It actually boosts your ROI.

For example, if you buy $1 worth of BAP for $0.0002 each, you will get 5000 BAP.

Then these 5000 BAP will in turn earn $0.0005 each through PTC ads. You will get a return of $2.50 before commissions. That's a 250% return instead of the usual 118%.

Another advantage for the buyers is that you don't have to wait until you have $1 in your balance to buy BAPs. The only limit is that you buy as least 100 BAP. That means you can buy as long as you have $0.02 in your balance.

What is the effect for company?

One effect I can think of is that this may drive ad sales down, because members will be using their cash for buying cheap BAP instead of buying bulk ads.

And low ad sales revenue may bring down the daily ad issue even lower. Which means it may take a while for you to realize the 250% return.

BAP Trading: Buy Low, Sell High

You can also make money from the market and buy BAP at cheap amount and then sell them for a higher price, just like what daytraders are doing in the stock market or crypto market.

While doing this, you should keep in mind the fees involve. When buying BAP, the site takes 5% of the BAP you buy. So if you buy 10,000 BAP, you will only get 9,500. And when you are selling, the site takes 3% of the cash you receive. So if you sell 9,500 for $0.0002, instead of receiving $1.90, you will only get $1.843.

An example of buying low and selling high is when you buy 10,000 BAP for $0.00018 each for a total of $1.80, you'll get 9,500 and then sell it at $0.0002 and get $1.843, your profit is $0.043.
